The Black Silo in the Harbor Quarter of Deventer has been transformed into a restaurant. 'Rough exterior, warm heart' is the theme of the new interior of the former grain silo from 1924. We were inspired by the hard work of sturdy dockworkers. The rugged character of the silo and warehouse has been preserved. Robust materials set the atmosphere: concrete from the funnels, dark walls, copper-red steel, leather, and wood. In the open kitchen, you can see the chef preparing food over high heat. The place for lunch, drinks, or dinner with 150 seats and a sunny terrace on the water. An inviting hospitality venue in industrial heritage.
