The Zwarte Silo in the Havenkwartier of Deventer has been transformed into a restaurant. 'Rough exterior, warm interior' is the theme of the new interior of the former grain silo from 1924. We drew inspiration from the hard work of rugged dockworkers. The rough character of the silo and the warehouse has been preserved. Robust materials set the atmosphere: concrete from the funnels, dark walls, copper-red steel, leather, and wood. In the open kitchen, you can see the chef preparing food over high heat. The perfect spot for lunch, drinks, or dinner with 150 seats and a sunny terrace on the water. An inviting dining establishment in industrial heritage.
