Studio Groen+Schild designed a sustainable and flexible interior for the regional offices of Enexis in Maastricht, Venlo and Zwolle. The new working environment encourages sharing and meeting people. Open and closed workplaces. Making employees aware of sustainable use was one of the spearheads of the design. Monitors show how much energy the building generates and consumes. Sustainable materials, LED lighting on motion detection and intelligent sun protection lead to a low ecological footprint. All three offices have a BREEAM Excellent certification.
